Role: Manage and coordinate our STEM education programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Implementation:
-Design and develop educational programs and curricula in collaboration with subject matter experts and educators.
-Implement and oversee programs, ensuring they align with educational standards and organizational objectives.
-Evaluate and revise programs based on feedback and assessment data to improve effectiveness and relevance.
Logistics and Coordination:
-Manage the logistics of educational programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials procurement, and participant communications.
-Coordinate with instructors, guest speakers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
-Maintain detailed records of program activities, participant progress, and outcomes.
Participant Support:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout their involvement in the program.
-Develop and distribute informational materials, guides, and resources to enhance participant experience and engagement.
-Facilitate orientation sessions and workshops to prepare participants for their educational journey.
Marketing and Outreach:
-Promote educational programs through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.
-Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online content, to attract and inform potential participants.
-Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and other partners to expand program reach.
Assessment and Reporting:
-Develop and implement assessment tools to measure program effectiveness and participant learning outcomes.
-Collect and analyze data to generate reports on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
-Present findings to stakeholders, including leadership, funders, and community partners.
Budget Management:
-Assist in the preparation and management of program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are tracked accurately.
-Identify opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization without compromising program quality.
Continuous Improvement:
-Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in education and program coordination.
-Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
-Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing constructive feedback and collaborating with colleagues on process enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or Science; experience in curriculum development.
2-4 years of experience in program coordination, education administration, or a related role.
Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching is highly desirable.
